Lisa Sperling has a record of landing valuable coverage that boosts brand exposure and bottom-line business for her clients.  Recent highlights include:

For Sassybax:  Multiple appearances for Sassybax on NBC's "Today," CNBC's "The Big Idea," and ABC's "The View."  Twice in O, The Oprah Magazine, InStyle and More, among many other fashion magazines and Web sites. 

 

For Bump Patrol:  A four-minute shaving demonstration on FOX News Network's "Fox & Friends" that helped relaunch the brand to retailers and consumers, and placements in relevant media, such as Complex,  Vibe, Black Men, XXL, and Smooth.

 

For CareRails, jr.:  Landed the story behind the innovative handrail system in Parents magazine to help launch the product in the retail market.

Lisa's PR career began in New York at L'Oreal Worldwide, where she helped promote the Lancome and Biotherm cosmetic brands. She worked on satellite media tours, video news releases, editor events, and corporate communications.  

A switch to Conde Nast Traveler magazine broadened her marketing background with on-hands experience creating added-value merchandising programs for advertisers and organizing special events domestically and abroad for the publisher.

Lisa's first agency position was at DeVries Public Relations generating coverage for some of its prestige clients, including Brooks Brothers, Coach and Lee Jeans.

After a move to Atlanta in 1992, Lisa earned a PR industry award while at Manning, Selvage and Lee for her part in the launch of Diet Rite Cola's "Looking For Mr. Rite" contest. She planned a bachelors auction at New York's Maxim's to benefit the American Heart Association, orchestrated an $11,000 date with heartthrob Fabio and other eligible bachelors, and landed spots on Today, Entertainment Tonight and Conan O'Brien.

An independent consultant in Atlanta since 1999, Lisa is a longtime member of PRSA and former co-chair of the Georgia Chapter's Independent Counselors Forum and Board member of Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies of Georgia.

Lisa is a graduate of Connecticut College and currently resides in the Atlanta area with her husband and two sons.
